Parents and caregivers gain practical strategies to know when to step in, when to step back, and how to support their child’s independence, while also recognizing their own needs and dreams. Our coaching guides parents through every stage of parenting, easing anxieties and supporting them to show up as the parents they want to be.

OCT 1 Session 1: Take Charge of Your Life (and Parenting); Dare to Dream @ Guilford Free Library (Conference Room Behind Elevator)
● Recognize yourself as the designer of your own life and who you are as a parent.
● Write a dream for who you want to be and how you want to show up as a parent.
● Identify what is in the way of achieving your dreams and goals and begin to define steps to overcome those challenges.
