Heather Cartier is a local mom and Pediatric occupational therapist with 25 years of experience coaching families with children of all ages. She added sleep consulting to her resume in early 2022 to support a growing need for kids and their caregivers. 

Heather utilizes her training in sensory, feeding and developmental skills to see kids as a whole child. She has sought training in trauma and social emotional learning and has her Connecticut endorsement for infant mental health.
