Guilford SEPTO is pleased to partner with Jason Sconziano and Pupil Services Coordinators to provide an overview and roundtable discussion on transitions between Guilford Public Schools from a Pupil Servies perspective. This will cover Pre-K through the Transition Program after Guilford High School.
The most requested topic over the past year has been around Transitions: what teams look like, communications, services offered and the transition of information from team-to-team.
